5Storyline:
Sheriff Owens is a man who is reconciled to life fighting what little crime takes place in sleepy border town Sommerton Junction after leaving his LAPD post following a botched surgery that left him consumed with failure and defeat after his partner was crippled. After a spectacular escape from the FBI prisoner convoy, the most notorious, wanted drug šéfv world is rushing towards the border of 200 miles per hour specially equipped vehicles and captive strong army of gang members. She headed, it turns out, straight for Summerton Junction, where the whole of U.S. law enforcement will have their last opportunity for the state to catch before it enters across the border forever. Initially reluctant to pursue, and then counted because of the perceived inability of a small town in Owens ultimately accepts responsibility for disposal.
