1Storyline:
Shelton Clyde family is brutally murdered. Those responsible will be arrested. But because of improper procedure, DA, Nick Rice only circumstantial evidence. So he decides to get one of them to testify against the other. When Shelton learns of this, he is not happy. Ten years later, the execution of a convicted, but something goes wrong, execution goes wrong and he suffers. They learn that someone has tampered with the machine. And the other is found dead, killed in gruesome fashion. Rice suspected Shelton, so it picked up. First Shelton agreed to a plea agreement with Rice, but changes his mind. Shelton does not seem to, it seems he blames the whole system, and that is to declare war going after everyone involved his family's case. So Rice has to stop, but Shelton is far ahead of him.
